Stas Marketing Partners has successfully completed a project for the telecommunications company Enforta (www.enforta.ru). The SMPconsultants developed a strategy for customer care aimed at improving the process of attracting and retaining customers through a differentiated approach to different segments of customers. During the project the consultants used a variety of unique tools designed specifically for companies operating in the rapidly changing markets with low customer loyalty.
Enforta was founded in 2004. Today it is a national leader in providing broadband Internet access via Wi-Max. Enforta offices work in 68 regions of Russia. Stas Marketing Partners collaborates with Enforta since 2005.
